Application Procedure Application forms are available from SCCIOB. Applicants should submit the completed OCU application form with the following supporting documents to SCCIOB: * Official university transcript detailing courses taken, grades achieved and degrees awarded; * Official TOEFL score (if required) * 1 recent passport size photograph * A non-refundable processing fee of S$52.50 (inclusive of 5% GST). * For Foreign students, please submit the Student’s Pass application details as well as a Processing fee of S$250 (USD 150)
Fee Payment Options Students can opt to pay by cash, cheque, credit card and bank draft. For those in need of assistance, SCCIOB has made arrangements with several institutions to offer attractive loan packages to students as well as 0% interest installment schemes.
Cheque Cheques should be made payable to "SCC Institute of Business".
0% Installment Scheme Up to 12 months of 0% interest installments available for DBS Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card holders.

Refund Policy All application processing and membership fees paid to SCCIOB are non-refundable. Only the paid course fees are refundable on the following conditions:
