Course Fees & Administrative Policies

Course Fees
The total program fee for both Full-time and Part-time program is S$34,000 (exclusive of 5% GST). The course fee covers reading materials, books, textbooks and examination fees, degree on completion and transcript.

Scholarships Available
5 Full Tuition Fee Scholarships will be awarded to deserving students of the inaugural intake. These scholarships will be awarded based on applicants academic, extra-curricular and/or professional work achievements. All applications for this programme will be considered for the award; hence no separate scholarship application is required. To qualify, potential applicants are required to register for the programme and submit the relevant documentation prior to the commencement of the programme. The Scholarship award winners will be announced two weeks after the commencement of the programme. Decision on the awarding of the scholarship rests with the Academic Board of Oklahoma City University.

Grants Available
For this inaugural intake, a S$300,000 funding has been secured and will be used to disburse grants to all students. All applicants to this programme will receive a grant of S$12,000 from the original course fee of S$34,000. Thus the revised course fee will be S$22,000 and is payable in accordance to the stipulated installment scheme shown below.

Membership Fee
Students must be members of Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business for the duration of the program. Student membership fee of S$10.50 is waived for the Great Wall International MBA students.

Admission Requirements
Candidates for the Oklahoma City University Master of Business Administration Program offered in Singapore must present a minimum of the following:·
* A Bachelor’s Degree or its professional equivalent.
* Minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 2.7 on a scale of 4.
* Have at least 3 years of working experience. Experience during National Service will be considered (for Part Time Program only)
* Students who do not have English as a first language must have a minimum score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) of 550 (paper based test) or 213 (computer based test) or otherwise satisfy the University as to their English language proficiency.

Application Procedure
Application forms are available from SCCIOB. Applicants should submit the completed OCU application form with the following supporting documents to SCCIOB:
* Official university transcript detailing courses taken, grades achieved and degrees awarded;
* Official TOEFL score (if required)
* 1 recent passport size photograph
* A non-refundable processing fee of S$52.50 (inclusive of 5% GST).
* For Foreign students, please submit the Student’s Pass application details as well as a Processing fee of S$250 (USD 150)

Fee Payment Options
Students can opt to pay by cash, cheque, credit card and bank draft. For those in need of assistance, SCCIOB has made arrangements with several institutions to offer attractive loan packages to students as well as 0% interest installment schemes.

Cheques should be made payable to "SCC Institute of Business".

Refund Policy
All application processing and membership fees paid to SCCIOB are non-refundable. Only the paid course fees are refundable on the following conditions:

Refund of Fees Requirements

100% Written notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before course commencement

75% Written notice of withdrawal is received 30 days to 60 days before course commencement

25% Written notice of withdrawal is received 1 day to 30 days before course commencement

10% Written notice of withdrawal given from 1st day to 14th day after course commencement

0% Written notice of withdrawal given more than 14 days after course commencement
