Customer Acquistion and Retention 
- Understanding customer's behaviour and segmentation for effective targeting
- Review and improve on existing marketing platform

Strategies for Building & Maintaing Customer Relationship
Implement marketing & sales practices to capture customer lifetime value
- Interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with customers 

Management Skills for Programmes and Budget
- Understand the return of investment needed to sustain customer acquisition and retention programmes  
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the programmes and customer response

Assessment & Certificate 
Participants with at least 75% attendance and successfully completed will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment.
Who Should Attend
This course is essential for both supervisory and management staffs in the sales, service or marketing field, who are interested to stay connected and maintain a close relationship with the customers, hence a part of the retention strategy.
