This 2-day workshop addresses the skills and knowledge required to manage change processes when working with team leaders. It covers innovation, the implementation of change strategies and evaluating the impact of change.
Content / Structure
Assessment & Certificate
- Facilitate innovation in the workplace
- Identifying and implementing changes that will shape the company and its operations
- Manage the implementation of the changes and the corresponding strategies
- Communicate clearly to team members on changes implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change on team leaders and members
Report writing and a final interview form part of the assessment requirement. Participants with at least 75% attendance and successful completion will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SSG
