This 2.5-day workshop addresses the skills and knowledge to manage the achievement of results. It covers developing team plans, monitoring and rewarding team performance and monitoring the implementation of plans.

- Conduct staff appraisal effectively and professionally
Written assignment, presentation and oral interview form part of the assessment requirements. Participants with at least 75% attendence and successful completion will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SSG.
