- Effective communications of ideas and information in preparation for changes
Implement Changes to Work Practices
- Constant support and sufficient resources for the implemented changes
- Constant monitoring of team members’ performance so as to facilitate continuous improvement

Written assessment and oral interview form part of the assessment requirements. Upon successful completion, participant will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment..
