This 2.5-day workshop addresses the skills and knowledge to achieve results within a limited area of responsibility. It covers interpreting and implementing plans, establishing performance contracts and monitoring team performance.
Content / Structure
- Interpret and implement team plans
- Monitor implementation of team plans
- Work closely with team members to monitor and evaluate outcomes of team plan implementations
- Identify recovery plans in response to potential risks
- Manage and reward team performance
- Manage and lead team performance to match or exceed expected outcomes
- Report on results of team plan‘s implementations
Assessment & Certificate
Written assignment, oral interview and presentation form part of the assessment requirements. Upon successful completion, participant will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment.

|This course is suitable for Supervisors, HR Managers or Line Managers who are required to plan and manage team members’ performance as well as achieving the targets set
