The Demonstrate the Service Vision module will equip the learners to recognise the importance of their role in contributing to the organisation’s vision, mission and values. They will learn the methods to serve the diverse customer mix including the tech savvy besides cultural traits or buying behaviour and according to the organisation’s standards. Also to learn the various methods to self-monitor their service performance to maintain the organisation’s service standard on a consistent basis.
Content / Structure
3 competency units:
- Understand one’s role and its contributions to the organisation’s vision, mission and values
- Show the delivery of service as per organisation’s vision, mission and values
- Examine one’s performance in alignment with the organisation’s vision, vision and values
Assessment & Certificate
Participants who have fulfilled at least 100% attendance and met all course requirements will be awarded with a SSG Statement of Attainment. Learners can also attain the WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence by completing the additional modules required.
