China Ready Essentials for Managers and Executives

Part of the China Ready Suite - This 2 day training workshop aims to help busy managers and executives acquire essential business mandarin communication skills and cultural knowledge needed for today’s business community, particularly in the China market.

Methodology:

Trainers are effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with real world business knowledge. The class activities are designed to be learner-centric and will incorporate real-life work scenarios. This workshop will engage participants in presentations and practices to maximise learning and absorption.
 

Learning Outcomes:

Develop the skill to effectively engage their counterparts by adopting and adapting to the communication practices of their Chinese counterparts based on the understanding and knowledge on the business culture differences between China and Singapore. These differences include the approach to inviting and hosting banquets as one of the means to engage Chinese counterparts where communication prevails in an amicable yet business centric atmosphere to establish and build trust and relationship.
