Adjunct Trainer

Responsibilities:

Develop, conduct and review WSQ ICT and business related curriculums/courses
Work with respectable institutions or agencies on course collaboration or accreditation
Provide mentorship and training to adjunct trainers

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or higher from a respectable university in ICT and business related fields
Industry professional qualifications will be an advantage
3 or more years of adult training experience in delivering WSQ programmes and preferably WSQ Diploma in Design and Development Learning (DDDLP)/ WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) certified
Industry practice will be an advantage
Able to conduct training in English and/or Mandarin

Adjunct Trainers - Language & Culture

Programmes (conducted in Mandarin):

Translation and Interpretation（英汉翻译、口译）
Professional Chinese Teaching（华文教育）
Chinese/English Linguistics and Applied Linguistics（英/汉语言学、应用语言学）
Business Mandarin for Wealth Management, Forensic Accounting, Banking, Legal and Sustainable Development of Auditing Professionals （财富管理商务华语、法务会计商务华语、银行专业人士商务华语，法律专业商务华语、永续发展审计专业华语）

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or higher from a respectable university
Relevant professional qualifications such as Certificate of Oral Chinese Proficiency for Working Professionals will be an advantage
3 or more years of adult training experience and preferably WSQ Diploma in Design and Development Learning (DDDLP)/ WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) certified
Industry practice will be an advantage
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin

Executive - Enrolment Support

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process student enrolment documents, including government grants applications
Maintain proper filing and fee collection systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements & standards

Requirements:

Possess, at minimum, a diploma, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Authorised Training Organisation(s) approved by SSG
Familiar with SSG funding schemes
Proficient in MS Office applications
Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to deal with Chinese speaking students

Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop, conduct and review WSQ ICT and business related curriculums/courses
Work with respectable institutions or agencies on course collaboration or accreditation
Provide mentorship and training to adjunct trainers

Requirements:

Possess degree of any discipline and WSQ Diploma in Design and Development Learning (DDDLP)/ WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
At least 5 years’ experience in developing, accrediting and delivering of WSQ and non-WSQ courses
Experience in identifying and addressing SMEs’ training needs with suitable solutions
Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
