- Introduction of Sun Tzu’s Art of War Strategy and its application in modern business
- Sun Tzu’s sure-win strategies in business negotiation, presenting business proposition, or setting up business collaboration
- Sun Tzu’s philosophy on meticulous planning prior going to wars in seizing business opportunities, maximising benefits and predicting and handling potential crisis
- Sun Tzu’s radical approach by avoiding head-on conflicts, getting ready for unexpected situations and advancing innovative business plans
Methodology
Class activities are designed to be learner-centred and will incorporate real life work scenarios. Led by trainers who are effectively bilingual in English & Chinese and possess real-time business knowledge and supplementary articles, this course will engage participants in presentation and practices to achieve optimal learning experience.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will develop the skill to be more alert or sensitive to read in between the lines of their China counterparts’ subtle expressions attributed by Sun Tzu’s philosophical influence. Further, to predict the counterpart’s next course of action, adopt the strategies learnt to reach a win-win outcome by understanding your counterpart and yourself through meticulous planning and implementation.

Assessment and Certification
Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance.
