How to Write a Business Proposal
Part of the China Ready Suite - The art and skill to professionally and concisely communicate in writing is critical to elicit favourable outcome from a business deal. Participants will learn the approach in writing Chinese business proposals for different purposes and target readers in the China context. The approach to write a concise and convincing business proposal in Chinese includes structure, content, linguistic style and pitfalls to avoid. Participants who inculcate and practice writing Chinese proposals will enhance their confidence to win the favour of their clients.

Methodology
Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to use the structure learnt and follow key points to write business proposals for partnership, investments, agency or bank loans, avoid common pitfalls. Participants’ business writing skill will be sharpened by applying proper expressions in their practice, which help raise the corporate image and professionalism to gain the confidence of their China counterparts.

Synchronous e-learning: hanyu pinyin input method (汉语拼音输入法) using one’s personal computer (PC) web-browser
Assessment and Certification
Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance.
