Brand Portfolio Management

Manage and execute branding features to create impactful point of differentiation for a brand and activate key levers for consumer awareness in growing portfolio user base. (English Only)

Module Content

  • Develop brand portfolio implementation plan
  • Communicate differentiation of brands to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate portfolio monthly business status reports for the management
  • Develop research construct based on selected target markets
  • Create logos, key brand messages or taglines that resonate with the organisation's brand
  • Communicate to stakeholders on brand guidelines
  • Obtain data on performance metrics to measure effectiveness of brand equity

Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Develop research construct based on selected target markets
  2. Obtain data on performance metrics to measure effectiveness of brand equity
  3. Create logos, key brand messages or taglines that resonate with the organisation’s brands
  4. Develop brand portfolio implementation plan

Target Participants:

  1. E-Commerce/Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead in the daily retail or e-commerce activities of retail store.
  2. PMEs who have the relevant work experience from other service or information technology industries wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills, wanting to expand their job portfolio or are seeking national certification/qualification in the Retail industry focusing on e-commerce.
  3. PMEs and career switchers with supervisory or managerial experience, or individuals in information technology or other related industries or wanting to join the retail industry focusing on e-commerce

Assessment and Certification

Participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 16 Hours course)

Participants who achieve 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 4/ 8 Hours course)
