Develop a service operations plan in order to deliver service excellence. It also includes evaluating the plan against key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions to improve performance.

Module Content

  • Analyse service performance data against key performance indicators
  • Implement corrective actions to enhance the organisation’s service operations performance and efficiency.

Target Participants:

Customer Experience Managers, Store/Branch Managers, Heads of Department, and Outlet Managers, who are keen to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service. opportunities.

Assessment and Certification

Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment.
