Manage the achievement of results - develop team plans, monitor and reward team performance and monitor the implementation of plans.
Module Content
- Develop and implement team plans
- Monitor implementation of team plans
- Manage and recognise talents and performance
- Provide support and manage team members’ performance
- Manage and reward team performance
- Conduct staff appraisal effectively and professionally
Target Participants:
HR Managers or Line Managers who are required to plan, manage and see through the team members’ performance and implementation processes

Total Training Hours: 22 hours (3 days)
Assessment and Certification
Participants who achieve 75% and above attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
or User Participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 16 Hours course)
Participants who achieve 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 4/ 8 Hours course)
