Productivity and Innovation Strategy

Manage systems to evaluate effectiveness of the productivity framework, conduct diagnosis and recommend areas for improvement. (English Only)

Module Content

  • Assign responsibilities and accountabilities to team for implementation of the productivity and innovation roadmap
  • Create awareness for the productivity improvement initiative and communicate details of the road map and action plan to team
  • Engage and encourage employees to participate in the productivity improvement initiative

Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Have an overview of a strategy 
  2. Understand the productivity and innovation road map to create awareness for improvement
  3. Identify methods in monitoring indicators and engage employees in the productivity improvement

Target Participants:

  1. E-Commerce/Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead in the daily retail or e-commerce activities of retail store.
  2. PMEs who have the relevant work experience from other service or information technology industries wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills, wanting to expand their job portfolio or are seeking national certification/qualification in the Retail industry focusing on e-commerce.
  3. PMEs and career switchers with supervisory or managerial experience, or individuals in information technology or other related industries or wanting to join the retail industry focusing on e-commerce

Total Training Hours: 16 hours (4 days)

Assessment and Certification

Participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 16 Hours course)

Participants who achieve 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 4/ 8 Hours course)
