Module Content

  • Identify and prospect with potential customers to obtain new business
  • Negotiate with prospect to achieve a sale
  • Finalise agreement by obtaining mutual agreement, approvals and closing the sale
  • Conduct documentation processes in accordance with organisational procedures

Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing and presentation help the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

This course is suitable for executives working in the sales, project and business development department.

Assessment and Certification

Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment.
