eCommerce Order Fulfilment Management and Administration

Module Content
Administer receiving, processing, delivery and optimisation processes for orders in order to support business and customer requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage order fulfilments.
- Purchase administration and order processing which include request for quotation, purchase order (PO) creation, PO follow-up, goods receipt and supplier billing
- Purchasing function processes
- Inventory Management
- Communication techniques
Learning Outcomes
- Process organisation’s centralised and decentralised e-commerce operations purchasing orders
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure efficient order tracking, goods receiving, and shipment management
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their queries and provide satisfactory solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency in inventory control and management to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory
Target Participants:
Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) or team leader from the logistics and related sectors in supply chain, shipping, transportation and storage, freight, cargo, warehouse and procurement.
Entry Requirements
- Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in team leader or executive position.
- Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 4 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
Medium of Instruction:
English
Assessment and Certification
Participants who fulfill at least 75% attendance for the whole course will be awarded the Statement of Attainment.
