Learning Outcomes

  • Acquire a basic understanding of the structure of shipping terms encompassing Incoterms 2020
  • Identify and understand the different types of Import/Export Documents
  • Understand and interpret the operational and financial details of an export LC
  • Prepare the necessary export documents based on LC requirements
  • Understand Singapore's Tradenet processing system
  • Understand various type of permits or declarations and submission procedures
  • Understand the structure and working of the Harmonised System (HS) Code

Target Participants:

Personnel from trading firms, freight forwarders, distributors, and companies importing or exporting various products, or anyone interested in this field.

Participants who fulfill at least 75% attendance for the whole course will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance
