E-Commerce Campaign Management

Develop detailed e-Commerce campaigns, liaise with partners to enhance online awareness, website and campaign visibility and manage campaigns. (English Only)

Module Content

  • Develop online mechanics and activities for e-Commerce campaigns 
  • Select potential mobile, online and social media platform to  reach out to target customers 
  • Manage execution of campaign to achieve the desired results
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and sales to determine effectiveness of campaigns
  • Refine campaign to enhance its effectiveness
  • Manage pre-campaign testing
  • Manage mobile, online and social media platforms 
  • Manage campaign budgets
    • Collaborate with business partners to create sales opportunities and enhance online awareness, websites’ and campaigns’ visibility  


Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Able to develop detailed E-Commerce campaigns with allocated budget and select the right tools for effective customer outreach
  2. Able to communicate and liaise with various partners to enhance online awareness, website and campaign visibility.
  3. Manage and execute strategies of the campaign and use collected data to drive and refine campaigns

Target Participants:

  1. E-Commerce/Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead in the daily retail or e-commerce activities of retail store.
  2. PMEs who have the relevant work experience from other service or information technology industries wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills, wanting to expand their job portfolio or are seeking national certification/qualification in the Retail industry focusing on e-commerce.
  3. PMEs and career switchers with supervisory or managerial experience, or individuals in information technology or other related industries or wanting to join the retail industry focusing on e-commerce

Assessment and Certification

Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment.
