Brand Campaign Management

Develop strategies to evaluate brand campaign effectiveness and analyse data to provide recommendations for improvements to future brand campaigns

Module Content

  • Develop branding campaign activities to achieve brand strategies
  • Recommend potential communication tools to reach out to identified customers and increase interest in brands via traditional media, online portals and in-store
  • Manage execution of campaigns to achieve desired results
  • Evaluate customer responses to determine effectiveness of campaigns
  • Refine campaigns to enhance effectiveness
  • Manage pre-campaign testing plans to gauge effectiveness of campaigns
  • Refine operational plans based on pre-campaign test findings
  • Manage operational plans and budget to support campaign objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness in accordance with brand communications and message

Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

  • Prepare brand management plans with strategies to meet campaign objectives
  • Manage brand campaigns with plans that include pre-testing, operational aspects and budgets
  • Assess effectiveness of brand campaigns against set performance measures with tools and techniques
  • Refine campaigns and operational plans for performance and effectiveness 

Target Participants:

  1. Retail Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Store Manager / Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead in the marketing activities of retail store.
  2. PMEs who have the relevant work experience from other service industries or sectors wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills, wanting to expand their job portfolio or are seeking national certification/qualification in the Retail industry specialising in Marketing.
  3. PMEs and career switchers with supervisory or managerial experience, or individuals in other related industries or wanting to join the retail industry specialising in Marketing
  4. Applicants must be proficient with digital devices and apps to attend the e-learning session and complete all online assessments independently.

Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
