Module Content

  • Translate mobile apps marketing strategies into mobile apps marketing strategy implementation plans
  • Propose design principles, desired functionalities and user experience parameters for mobile apps
  • Assess and recommend investments in mobile apps development and marketing efforts
  • Recommend appropriate development partners for successful execution of mobile apps
  • Define metrics to measure effectiveness of mobile apps marketing campaigns
  • Make recommendations to improve performance of mobile apps marketing for the organisation

Methodology

Lessons are conducted in a structured yet pragmatic manner as lectures are blended with group discussions, role-plays and individual assessments. The group discussions give participants the opportunities to share their experience while role-playing helps the practice and application of concepts and approaches learned through the course.

  • Prepare a mobile apps marketing strategy to meet business goals.
  • Analyse mobile app design for user interface and user experience
  • Propose an assessment criteria for mobile apps development and marketing efforts.
  • Compare and analyse criteria for mobile app development partners.
  • Measure the effectiveness of mobile apps marketing campaigns and recommend steps to optimize the performance to meet business goals.

Target Participants:

  1. Retail Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Store Manager / Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead in the marketing activities of retail store.
  2. PMEs who have the relevant work experience from other service industries or sectors wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills, wanting to expand their job portfolio or are seeking national certification/qualification in the Retail industry specialising in Marketing.
  3. PMEs and career switchers with supervisory or managerial experience, or individuals in other related industries or wanting to join the retail industry specialising in Marketing
  4. Applicants must be proficient with digital devices and apps to attend the e-learning session and complete all online assessments independently.

Assessment and Certification

Participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 16 Hours course)

Participants who achieve 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 4/ 8 Hours course)
