- Conduct staff appraisal effectively and professionally
Target Participants:
HR Managers or Line Managers who are required to plan, manage and see through the team members’ performance and implementation processes

Assessment and Certification
Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment.
