Manage change processes when working with team leaders. It covers innovation, the implementation of change strategies and evaluating the impact of change.
Module Content
- Facilitate innovation in the workplace
- Identifying and implementing changes that will shape the company and its operations
- Manage the implementation of the changes and the corresponding strategies
- Communicate clearly to team members on changes implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change on team leaders and members
Target Participants:
Managers, Project Managers or Team Leaders who are required to participate in company business planning as well as manage change strategies.
Medium of Instruction:
English
Total Training Hours: 16.5 hours (2 days)
Assessment and Certification
Participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment.
