Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to:
- Perform basic data preparation using electronic spreadsheets to generate data visualisation to understand the importance of data analytics.
- Apply best practices to identify, monitor and use of safeguard cyber security risks.
- Identify tools, systems and software in workplace processes for automation to improve productivity.
- Use digital collaboration applications and technology-enabled communication systems as in-demand digital tools
- Personalize a post-course action plan to deepen the skills
Target Participants:
Professional, Managers, Executives (PMEs)
Entry Requirements
1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience requiring to enhance their proficiency in digital skills.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 3 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
Assessment and Certification
Participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 16 Hours course)
Participants who achieve 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course assessment will be awarded the Statement of Attainment
(FOR ALL 4/ 8 Hours course)
