Douglas Finnigan has more than 30 years’ teaching experience at polytechnic level. He has been involved in many industry and government related projects, both individually and as the supervisor of student projects. He has developed and taught the more technical game development courses, such as Game AI and Game Math & Physics. He is interested in emerging AI technologies for games, particularly reinforcement learning. He has a Masters degree in IT, and a Masters Degree in Educational Research (with Distinction).
