Join Our Pool of Part-time Adult Educators (Mandarin Programmes)

 

The Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (SCCIOB) invites experienced and passionate professionals to join our pool of Part-time Adult Educators (AE) to deliver high-quality training programmes conducted in Mandarin for both public courses and corporate clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for industry practitioners and Adult Educators who are passionate about sharing practical knowledge, mentoring working professionals, and contributing to the development of Singapore’s business community.

 

Preferred Industry Background

Professionals with substantial industry experience in the following sectors are encouraged to apply:

• Banking & Financial Services
• Legal Industry
• Real Estate
• Insurance
• Accounting

 

We also welcome applicants with strong knowledge and insights of Chinese Classical Novels, particularly:

• The Romance of the Three Kingdoms
• The Journey to the West
• The Dream of the Red Chamber
• The Water Margin

 

In addition, we welcome practitioners and Adult Educators who possess deep knowledge or strategic insights drawn from The Art of War by Sun Tzu, particularly those who are able to translate its timeless strategic principles into practical applications for business leadership, competitive strategy, organisational management, and decision-making in today’s complex and dynamic business environment.

 

Adult Educator Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Strong Mandarin language proficiency and effective training delivery skills
• Good English communication ability
• Minimum 3 years of facilitating or teaching experience in adult learning environments
• ACTA or ACLP Certification
• Registered with the National Adult Educator Registry

 

Selected Adult Educators may be engaged to deliver programmes such as:

• Business Mandarin for specific professional sectors
• Business communication and professional writing in Mandarin
• Management and leadership programmes for working professionals
