Before joining Temasek Polytechnic, Alvin, an ITE Service Commendation award recipient, was the Head of Sustainability and OD at TeleChoice International Limited. He led sustainability strategies, ESG reporting processes, talent development programmes, and employee engagement initiatives. Alvin was instrumental in establishing a 5-year MOU with the Institute of Mental Health and setting a Singapore Book of Records on 2 October 2024.

With over two decades of experience, Alvin has taught at institutions such as the Institute of Technical Education and Singapore Polytechnic. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, he holds a Master of Human Capital Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and advanced certificates in Training and Sustainability. These qualifications and his teaching expertise enable him to inspire and mentor learners effectively.
