WSQ Diploma in Design (Business)

Be equipped with the right skills to incorporate Design Thinking into your organsation including behavioural economics research, design thinking methodologies, critical thinking, trend analysis and more. (Available in English only)

Course Content:

To equip professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch with design thinking concepts and processes in order to bring about sustainable transformation in their industry or organisation

The qualification emphasises on the manager’s ability and discipline to lead in conducting the econometric and psychological research to analyse consumer behaviour, facilitate to apply design thinking methodologies in solving problems for the organization as well as to pilot the products and gather data to uncover insights and perform trend analysis activities to forecast the impact to the industry as well as develop analytical models to understand the financial and impact of various future scenarios.

Course Participant Requirements

  • Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
  • Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN. 
  • All course modules must be completed in sequence
  • Course Fee before Funding, subject to 7% GST - $4,900.00
