- The course series is designed as a Business Mandarin proficiency programme, with Mandarin serving as the primary medium of instruction.
- English may be used occasionally to facilitate comprehension when necessary.
- As learners progress to higher levels, the use of English will be progressively reduced.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
- Applicants should have completed the GCE N-Level or O-Level Examination, or possess an equivalent qualification.
- All learners are required to take SCCIOB’s placement test.
- The placement test will be used to determine the most appropriate entry level within the course series.
- Learners with no prior background in Mandarin may begin directly at the Foundation level.
- Hanyu pinyin input method (汉语拼音输入法) using one’s personal computer (PC) web-browser
CERTIFICATION
Participants who successfully complete the course and BCT test will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
