Introduction to Finance Management for Non-Accountants
(English Only) This course provides participants with an understanding of the fundamental financial management principles, tools and applications. Participants will gain a clear knowledge & understanding of the value of a firm/project's returns, performance and learn how to interpret & analyse the financial statements as well as some essential financial ratios.

Target Participants:
Highly recommended for project engineers, executives, managers and progessionals who are involved in financial management or decision making but do not possess a strong background in accounting.

Assessment and Certification
Participants who fulfill at least 75% attendance will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance. There is no assessment for this workshop.
