Ms Dawn Tan has spent more than 25 years of working experience in the hospitality industry before taking on the challenge as a trainer. Her industry experience spans across hotels to golf resorts, as well as high end residential project planning and development. Dawn conducts corporate in-house training for MNCs and she is also an associate trainer at MDIS.

Dawn conducts corporate in-house and lunch time training for MNCs. Clients she serves include HP Inc., Frasers Hospitality Group, DFS Venture, Spring City Golf & Lake Resort, and others. Specializing in designing, developing and training for financial management program, she helps companies develop collective financial acumen, and individuals develop their financial knowledge which is crucial in today’s business environment. She conducts workshops in both English and Chinese, in Singapore, South East Asia, North Asia, Europe and Middle East.

Experience
Dawn has extensive experience working in hospitality industry and mixed development projects in real estate industry. She had been posted to various cities of China over a span of 15 years. In the organizations Dawn had worked for, she often played an important role in formulating strategic recommendation to facilitate decision-makings for senior management and/or board of directors.

Companies Dawn had served in the past included the Shangri-La Hotel, Frasers Hospitality Group, Raffles International Group and Keppel Land China. She has more than 25 years of corporate and operations experience, rising from junior to senior management roles.

Status: Currently serving as a part-time trainer at SCCIOB.
