An accomplished practitioner with over 18 years of field experience, Rhonny has worked with some 50 enterprises in the areas of performance improvement, blended learning & development, customer experience management, leadership and people development, business management and development and personal development. Until recently, he has conducted skills-based trainings for over 5,000 adult learners that culminated into qualifications from certificate to diploma levels, all accredited by Singapore and Malaysia government agencies.

He currently practices at several accredited institutions in both Singapore and Malaysia. These include Institute for Adult Learning, Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business, Protégé Training & Education Sdn Bhd, Training Masters Institute, Civil Service College, Singapore Polytechnic and Sophia Brow House.

Rhonny also curates content and develops courseware through blended approaches, enabling self-directed learning beyond the classroom setting to include workplace learning, web-based learning and mobile learning. He is experienced in micro learning, creating nuggets of learning object through third party applications. In addition, he conducts performance needs analysis and establishes workplace performance indicators to achieve Kirk Patrick’s level 3 business results. Consequently, he supports organisations in process re-engineering, design thinking and performance improvement at the workplace.
