CREATE MICROSOFT

This course teaches participants the use of Microsoft Copilot Studio (or equivalent), Power Platform, and Teams to design and deploy custom AI agents

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Design and configure at least two AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams to automate repetitive business processes.
  • Deploy functional AI agents within their own work environment that achieve measurable weekly time savings and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyse and optimise AI agent workflows to ensure reliability, ease of use, and integration with existing business systems for sustainable productivity gains.

Learner should be proficient in English (spoken and written) to follow instructions, participate in discussions, and build AI agents.

CERTIFICATION

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least a 75% attendance & pass the assessment test.
